This coming school year we will be celebrating the 500th anniversary of the Reformation started by Martin Luther. This is reflected in our school year theme, "Saved by Grace." This event helped bring Christians to an understand that our salvation is found in our faith that Jesus Christ died to save us from the death that our sins bring upon us. This gift, or grace, given to us through Christ is worth celebrating every day of our life.
Our school is a small community of students, families, faculty, and staff who work together to help our children grow spiritually, intellectually, and physically. Everything we do is brought back to the cross and what Jesus did for us through His saving grace. ASLS students are able to focus on growing in their relationship with God through daily Bible study in every classroom, service projects, and weekly chapel services.
Our vision is to be a community rooted in love and grace and work through the gifts God gave us to encourage, educate, and enrich each student to be confident in their identity as a child of God.
Our mission is to Know. Grow. Go. Know Him through academic study and worship in a Christ-centered learning environment. Grow in faith through continuous learning and building relationships with Christ and others. Go into the world serving others, and sharing knowledge and experience.
